This special evening will feature 5 courses and showcase the collaboration of Chef Olivier and the principals of the West Bean, Paul & James, who will explain their passion and inspiration for each course. $45 per person. Amuse Bouche:
*Roasted cauliflower “cappuccino” with coffee infused whipped cream.  Costa Rican

Appetizer (choice of one):
*Coffee braised short rib ravioli with mirepoix, veal demi glace and carrot boullion broth.  Sumatra

*Sauteed seasonal mushroom salad (beech, shitake and button) with caramelized Mission Figs. Ethiopian

Entree (choice of one):
*Shelton Farms free range chicken breast with fresh morels and coffee and thyme risotto. El Salvadorian

OR

* Coffee crusted sea bass, potato puree, caramelized turnips. El Salvadorian

Dessert:
Coffee and nougatine parfait glace. Black and Tan blend

Mignardise:
Trio of West Bean Coffees (Java, Brazillian and El Salvadorian) with a trio of House Made chocolates.
