The West Bean is a San Diego-based roastery founded by two friends with a true passion and love for coffee, along with the drive to create and bring to you the highest quality hand-crafted coffee on earth.

At The West Bean, we invest our time and money behind the roaster. We use the most sophisticated machine in the world, which in turn allows us to craft coffee with no limits. Our master roaster micro-batches each roast bringing to life the hidden characteristics locked behind each bean variety. Micro-batching is a labor of love that doesn’t produce a lot of coffee, but we think when you try The West Bean, you’ll agree it is worth it.
